Autumn's arrival turns the Irish countryside into a show
within a show. The world itself appears to be mono colored and multicolored at
the same time: the eye catches uncountable shades of yellow, with touches of rusty red
here and there. The sky is generally heavy grey but after any rainspouts it isn’t
rare to see amazing rainbows. When the night falls, megalithic sites, cemeteries
and old castles all contribute to create enchanting Halloween atmospheres.
And so... along placid rivers and country streams...
... behind fantastic trees...
... all around marvelous monuments...
... and there are great many of them...
... inside churchyards and gardens...
...within old cemeteries of all sorts....
... it is not unusual to spot amazing halloweenish sights:
